Bookish does not have accounts or access to the PDF stored in your browser. Including the topic, browser, device type, and a description of what happened is usually more useful than sharing the document itself.

- Confirm that the file is a PDF no larger than 5 MB.
- Try a current version of a major browser with IndexedDB enabled.
- Remember that password-protected or damaged PDFs may not open.
- Do not send the book file, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
No verified operator email or production domain exists in this project yet. A real support and legal address must replace the pending labels above before public launch; Bookish will not publish an invented or unmonitored inbox.
Privacy when you contact us
Once a contact address is configured, information you choose to send will no longer be limited to Bookish’s local browser storage. It will be processed by the relevant email or support provider so the site operator can respond. The production Privacy Policy will identify that provider and the applicable retention practice.
